DESCRIPTION

A complete training system to guide the student to understand the operation, programming and troubleshooting on LFT system, mixing, silo and filling system and also star or delta control system.

Programmable Logic Controller Unit - CODE 821-149

· PLC unit with 20 input & output controller.

· With manual switches to stimulate inputs

· With indicators to stimulate output status

Traffic Light System Simulation - CODE 821-150

· A module consists of Tjunction traffic which used to monitoring the 4 ways traffic.

· Light indicator will show the status of traffic light.

Star Delta Control System Simulation - CODE 821-154

A Module to shift the connection mode of motor such as star circuit connection or delta circuit connection.

Water Filling System Simulation - CODE 821-152

· Liquid filling operation.

· Conveyor system with motor for movement of bottles.

Silo System Silo System Simulation - CODE 821-153

· A module to store the liquid in a tank and will be removed out when required.

· The light indicator will show the liquid level in the tank.

Mixing System Mixing System Simulation - CODE 821-151

· A module controls the liquid filling into the tank.

· The light indicator will show the liquid level in the tank.
